What makes a steakhouse Brazilian? In churrascarias or the traditional Brazilian-style steakhouse restaurants, servers, also known as gauchos, come to the table with knives and a vertically-held skewer with various kinds of premium cuts of meat, including beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and even exotic meats, serving your preferred cuts cooked to temperature.
